Oak Farms provides fresh, USDA inspected beef directly to the consumer or to meat markets and butcher shops. For the consumer, we deliver your meat frozen and wrapped with package quantity to your specifications. For the butcher, Oak Farms will custom cut and supply the beef as the whole or half carcass, or cut into the select primal cuts that you may require. All of our meat is processed and dry-aged for 14-16 days in order to provide the peak in natural flavor and beef tenderness.
